Once again I encountered a problem with Cell C.

I needed to increase my call limit as it has been reached. I am a business man and I need to make phone calls on a daily basis. I called the call centre on Wednesday 13 March to log the request ref:3031303163.
They informed me that they will sort it out and it will be sorted out by latest Friday 15 March. I understood the waiting period as there must be procedures to be followed in order to complete the task.
I followed up on Friday 15 March and then they lady told me that It can only reflect the following month. I had to spend two working days without being able to make phone calls. I have lost a lot of revenue and business in this period. If the call centre could have told me this I could have made another plan and not have relied on their false information. I will cancel all my contracts with Cell C as I cannot see this relationship going forward.
