Iphone5 NO Service issues on CELLC

Hi,

About 3 months ago I upgraded to a straight up 200min @R399 with an Iphone5 16GB phone with Cell C.
I got the phone, and soon started having problems with it. It will work fine, and suddenly it has NO SERVICE. I called Cell C many times about this, and besides the mandatory wait of 30 minutes per call as they are experiencing high call volumes (why not employ more staff), i got many differnent reasons why, and was always told to switch it on and off or reset it, or put it into aircraft mode and so on, which hardly ever sorts it out. Tech Dept was also of no use. I even had the phone replaced at a Cell C Shop.

The problem still persists with the replacement phone, and is getting worse. I do standby from work, and have got into deep trouble a number of times recently due to this NO SERVICE problem.
This is absolute rubbish, i pay for a Service, and have relatively little use of it. 4 evenings this week alone i have been without the use of my phone due to the NO Service issue, and can hardly ever use internet on the phone.
I want this issue sorted ASAP.
I will not stand for this any longer and unless sorted ASAP will be taking this to the CPA.
