I went to a vodacom shop for my phone upgrade and the phone that I received is was not the phone that I requested, I did ask the lady is this the type of phone and she said yes it is, I asked for a dummy phone to see if it was the correct one and they told me vodacom do not send them any dummy phones to show customers. I have contacted the call centre and was told to return to the store and have it exchanged for the correct phone, I returned to the store the following day and was told that its not there problem that we received the wrong phone. I was also told that as soon as I leave the store its no longer their problem. Can you please help me to get the phone exchanged for the correct phone or cancel the upgrade so that I can use another store to do the upgrade for me. I will appreciate your assistance in this matter as I have been a customer of vodacom for many years and would like to stay a customer. There is a guy at the store vodacom billio plaza rustenburg were I upgrade it that had a bad attitude he was not helpfull at all and when you talk to him he just keep playing on his cellphone.
