On the 22 December 12 I upgraded, first was told ill get my new BB in 3 days, then I was told there's a delay because of public holidays, then 1st Jan I was told in 2 weeks. Its now been A MONTH and still no phone, I again phone canal walk and they say "we don't know " when asked when the phone would be there. Phone head office to try and cancel the upgrade and rather do a upgrade with them but get told they can't cancel the store has to, after 3 calls to the store today, my upgrade has still not been cancelled, and all I get from the store is outa rudeness and attitude, its disgusting the way I the customer has been treated, I'm at the point where tomorrow ill be cancelling my contract.
