Bad service and unsatisfactory response

I phoned Autopage about 2 weeks before my contract upgrade to find out if I could pre-order a phone as I new the iPhone 5 was in demand. I was told this was possible but was put through to a other consultant as the current one would be on leave when my upgrade was due to go through. Kindly the lady helped me aswell as going through the contract with me and making changes where necessary. When i phoned the monday, 2 days after my upgrade date, to find out if all was going as discussed i was told that I would receive my phone no later than friday. The wednesday when i called to hear if it had left yet I was told there was no stock for me and that it was NOT possible to pre order a phone. When I complained on their site i was told to call their customer care. Then I was told that there was stock but they were in the process of moving the stock to a new warehouse! I am still waiting for an apology and a decent response and solution to this problem.
