I have visited 5 vodacom stores including that of vodaworld. i have already over the past month received 3 different references and notifications stating that my complaint has been esculated and somebody will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I think vodacom thinks that if they have provided a reference number the problem goes away. Whoever is in charge of this department should loose their job as somebody senior who is concerned with customer service should ascertain how these complaint logs just get cleared without actually resolving the complaint as this is how these call logs are supposed to work. Clearly somebody has found a way to clear the call log and indicate the complaint as resolved however "Breaking News!!! " this is now the 3rd time i have lodged the same complaint with Vodacom including listing on hello peter and all one gets is empty promises and a reference number from vodacom and that is where it ends. Well it looks like the last option is now to just go to the CGCSA, ombudsman and small claims court so as to get my money back for unlawfull deductions, and please Vodacom, don't embaress yourself by sending me just another empty promise & 4th reference number.
