I am very fustrated at the service i have just recieved from vodacom, since i posted my last complaint i have still recieved no feedback from vodacom as Moddy Motebejane had stated there cancelations department would contact me they still havent. So i decide to phone myself today and as i am not a vodacom customer and phoned from mtn phone my entire airtime was eaten up while being put from one division to the next and being put on hold. i have a reference number from my last call yet no one seems to know what to do with this, the reference number is S3`tkt2e`ej304, and my query once again is i receieved an e mail from vodacom stating im to pay R912 at the end of March 2013 yet my contracts were all cancelled and paid up on the 04.04.12 so i want to know what this e mail is for. i had the phone slammed down in my ear today from a guy in legal collections as this is not his problem, i then got given a jhb number to phone and still no joy, then i got put through to cancellations department who was asking somone in the back ground what to do and eventually my call got cut. does vodacom really know what they doing, i have paid them there money and they are still taking more from me.
