I lodged a complaint through this medium on 5 July 2013 - PC-ZHY9-2791GJ (1131961) about not being able to get a cable for a Vodaphone table which is on contract with Vodacom. The broken cable renders the tablet useless as it cannot be charged. I was promised assistance and that the expiry date of the complaint was 29 July. I went into the store that was supposed to resolve the problem on Saturday 27th to discover they know nothing about the problem (despite various correspondence between myself and Vodacom customer care). I lodged a complaint once again on Saturday with Vodacom (reference S3-TVb3J-J6FM9), which advised I would be contacted within 24 hours - Really??? Can someone on this site please tell me the next step. Vodacom's service big time. The tablet is useless and I have a contract which I am paying for!!! I have just been on the phone with Vodacom ()82 111) for some 40 minutes and still have no help but a guarantee someone will phone me - just like all the other promises.
