Dear Sir

Previously after logging my complaint, I was contacted by Kim Thornton from Vodacom Customer Care and was assured that these spam SMS are not generated by Vodacom. At that stage I accepted the explanation. However since then I have prove now that these SPAM sms's are from Vodacom: After recharging my SMS bundle I received a confirmation SMS from Vodacom: "Your account has been recharged..." and this SMS was fro the same number () that is sending me the spam messages that my Blackberry service is not enabled although I do not own a blackberry!

THIS TIME YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT VODACOM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING ME THE SMS. Please investigate urgently and resolve the issue as the spam sms is very annoying.

(The prepaid number is used by my mother, please contact me on the number below so that I can give you the prepaid number that is being spammed.)
