, manipulation and just pathetic!

Well after sitting with their pathetic ADSL line for a month, which gives me 60KB/M, I decided to switch over to MWeb. I called Telkom prior to my telephonic discussion with MWeb to ensure that my data services could be cancelled immediately (They ensured me that if I should choose to switch then I can cancel immediately.

Reviewed MWebs packages, called in and got brilliant service. The people were friendly and very helpful. I am on the free two month uncapped promotion and my line is ten times faster. I can actually load a plain webpage in a second instead of two minutes... and its still on the same mb/m line. They told me to cancel my data order with Telkom and I called in to do so. The service was pathetic, the tunes were annoying and the call center was useless.

37minutes Later the only result was that someone will call me back in the next 5 days and my line would only be cancelled in the next month. Added, the service consultant had so much attitude that Paris Hilton would look like infant against her.

Im sick and tired of their incompetent, plain useless services!
