Incorrect Order from the begining

I applied for ADSL in November 2012.I told Telkom that my ISP would be Mweb. When the technician arrived he said it was for a new telephone line and he couldnt install it on the existing jack. What they had to do was convert my prepaid line to a normal line. After several fights with telkom i got my line with my old number. I couldn't transfer my data line to MWEB because i had to wait 2 months. Mweb contacted me today to confirm they unable to assist because i had a contract with Telkom and they cant migrate the line. I called Telkom again and was transfered from pillar to post and one Telkom agent even dropped the phone. No Surprise there. Eventually i got hold of Simo who told me to cancel the 24 month contract because the order was placed incorrectly again and transfered me to cancellations to change it to a month to month contract. Lindie assist me with that and logged a call to have it changed. This was bad communication from the very beginning. I am currently paying more to have my data line with Telkom and not once did they offer to give me a rebate. Pathetic service and unacceptable. Who is going to pay for my time spent on this and cost?
