Problem upgrading and Poor Service delivery

Phone on 2013-03-09, due for upgrade on 2013-03-10. went to Greenstone Cell C, inquired about upgrading, consultant told me of the problem on acc, but would sort it out for me, with legal dept on the Monday. The personnel from Cell C Greenstone assured me that they would call me with feedback the following Monday, this call I never received. I called on the Monday, twice, Tuesday, twice and Wednesday, twice. was told they will get back to me, I'm still waiting!! It's now 2013-03-19 and have still not been able to upgrade!!! I have had to liaise personally with cell c legal dept, and not even they could give me a proper answer or solution to this problem. I have been a client from 2007 and never had any problems, but now am subjected to such absolute poor client service.
