On the 23 January, i upgraded my phone with your upgrades department. Within the 7 day guarantee period i found my phone battery faulty. I went to the N1 City Vodacom store who advised me to call the upgrades department. I phoned them the same day. After being passed from one person to next the agent in After sales, Siyabonga. He said it could take 3 days to for them to collect and replace the phone. He transferred me to the courier company to ask if the could come early but the call died. Ref number was send via sms: S3- SFP2R-RY7DQ.

On the 12 February I called again but couldn't get through to the upgrades department. Left a request to be called back but no one called.

on the 14 March a Siyanda from the upgrades department called me to ask if i am satisfied with my phone. I told him the whole story and he said he will sort it out in 2 days. this after telling me that i must always keep trying as you deal with many clients. NOT MY PROBLEM!

I am incredibly frustrated with your lack of service!!!
