Did an upgrade on 26/8/13, received phone on 29/8/13, called Vodacom and reported faulty speaker at 16:52 on 29/8/13, was told that the phone will be picked up and replaced in 7-10 days, I waited until 6/9/13, the phone was not picked up, called call centre on 6/9/13 and spoke to Tshidiso and was told that there was an error and that the phone would be picked up within 7 days, waited again, and nothing was done, then called on 13/9/13 and spoke to Victress, she said that there was an internal error between Vodacom and Ram Couriers. She assured me that the phone would be definitely picked up and replaced by Yesterday 18/9/13. the phone was not picked up, I called today 20/9/13 and spoke to Mirriam who consulted her Team Leader and advised me that I would be transferred to Vodacom Direct, who is supposed to handle my problem, Zamile at Vodacom Direct then told me that they only deal with new contracts and Mirriam at Upgrades had ill advised me. I then called the upgrades department again and spoke to Portia, who told me that she could assist me but the system was down. At this point I am highly upset and disappointed and would like my upgrade cancelled so I can move to Cell C.
