Signed Up for Incorrect Contract

I applied for the MTN Anytime Top Up Package and was some how put on an Open line. I only discovered it when I tried to recharge with airtime and the money bounced back into my account. Reason for me wanting a top up is so that I can manage my expenditure. I do not think having me to pay for an error on MTN's part is fair.
I submitted my complaint and documentation to MTN Notwood on Thursday evening (14th of March 2013).
Up until now, it still has not been addressed.
I am highly disappointed in the service I have received and will never again attempt to do business with MTN ever again.
