Breach of contract and No Service delivery

I'm very unhappy with the appalling service I received and still receiving from MTN.I applied for a contract phone and received it on Monday evening. I was send from pillar to post and then finally I manage to activate after 4 days. I was then put on an incorrect package that I did not apply for. I called again on Monday and spoke to Lungi who referred me back to 808 to speak to Faghrit .i did just that and he said he moved my package to Anytime R350 of which was not done. I was granted 163 airtime but the data and SMS did not change, data was still 70MB and SMS were 23.I called again then they say he will call me back of which he never did. After dropping the line everything disappeared and my phone was not receiving any calls for an hour or so. When I started receiving calls I only have data of 198.33MB.

I have made numerous calls to MTN to last me a life time. I've also called the Super visor Calvin who gave me these e-mail address to escalate. I'm not getting value for money and these is a breach of contract. I did not sign up for these. I can't make any calls or use Data. Can you please terminate my contract and come and collect your phone
