I've been querying this for the past 2 months to no avail I also asked for a quote on cancellation of contract no response!!!

If you have a look at my account you will see my calls for the past 3 - 4 months was approx R219 so what you are telling me now is that except the R200 anytime I am still phoning another R228 which means my phone calls is over R400 a month??? BS!!!
Please check what you guys have done wrong and also advise what the cancellation fee will be on this contract!

thank you for the email,
client did the upgrade on the 06/06/2013 for handset Samsung I9500, package MTN anytime 200@ R399..the package is open line contract not top up package.
the reason the client charged R740.05 is becouse call charged went to R228.55
and you were charged service fee for itemised bill of R18.86 excl vat.
the hand set in june was advitised as above package.
