I got my samsung galaxy s3 on top-up contract on the 5th of June (killarney mall mtn).5 days later I could not make any call as my service has been suspended, thinking that I have finished my R100 airtime I bought airtime to recharge, to my surprise I could not recharge on my phone..I called mtn, they told me that a have reached my limit and that my contract is an open line contract..I was shocked as I know that I have signed up for a top up contract where I will be able to recharge. I went back to the store to rectify this I spoke to the person who sold me the phone and he said my documents has been emailed to mtn (last week) I have been going there almost everyday and he says he is still waiting for the respond from mtn. All I want is for my contract to be change back to a top up contract
