Still charging for unsupported iPhone services

Cell C does not support iMessage, Facetime, or data tethering on the iPhone. This is not something customers are informed of when taking out a contract for the iPhone 5, and definitely information that would have stopped me from signing up with Cell C had I known it when taking out the contract.

The iPhone sends an international SMS when attempting to activate the iMessage and Facetime services, when the service fails to activate, another SMS is sent. I have been billed for several international SMSes by now, since I was not aware that these services do not work on the Cell C network, and I'm very sure I'm just one of hundreds of customers getting billed for international SMSes Cell C attempting to activate a service that Cell C did not inform them would not work. These SMSes can be avoided by disabling iMessage and Facetime, but that requires the owner of the phone to be informed of this.

Cell C should refund all iPhone customers for all SMSes sent to Apple in attempts to activate the iMessage and Facetime services, and notify all customers and prospective customers that they do not support iMessage, Facetime or data tethering on the iPhone 4, 4s, and 5.
