Ripped Off By MTN Store

We went into the store on the 7th July to upgrade from a blackberry to the Galaxy S4. The package costs R399.00 for R200 airtime, 200 sms's, and 200mb internet. We were told that the existing package had a top up, which would cost us an additional R50.00 which we agreed to and signed the documentation. On the 20th July we discovered that we only received R200 airtime, 25 sms's and 150mb data, and the blackberry service had not been cancelled. We went back to the store on the 21st July to be told that Arthur Knox had forgotten to cancel the blackberry service, and the reason we only received 25 sms's and 150 mb data was because we were on the top up. I explained that we had not been advised that we would not get all the sms's and data because we were on the top up. I then asked to speak to the manager. I do not remeber his name, but he basically told us that we had signed the contract, and there was nothing he could do. He was very rude, and at no stage did anyone at the store apologise or acceot resonsibility for their error. I am furious at the attitude of these people, and feel that they misrepresented MTN and this is false advertising! Customer care would also not assist me.
