Im disgusted by the way Mtn call centre stuff by the name of Bennet Choko relates to customers.my mother called enquiring about airtime loaded which didnt reflect. Bennet Choko then decided to intimidate her with some rigmarole regarding the meaning of internet.how crude as to think an elderly black woman who is learnered by the way wouldnt know how internet works.i then decided to interject by asking for his supervisor when this boy hung up.i called back and spoke to Teboho Molomo who couldnt assist but was fairly respectful.i've always known Mtn to be professional as im acquainted with some of their management team so cannot fathom how Bennet Choko slipped through the training cracks.sort this out or rope in the Vodacom training team.
