Unfair treatment with a really bad attitude

I had won auctions from 3 sellers on bid or buy early in January. I then unexpectedly landed in hospital having to receive major surgery in the form of a total knee replacement. I was in hospital for about 5 weeks and was not able to log on to the bid or buy site. This resulted in the 3 sellers logging "sale not complete" actions against me and rating me badly. Because of this the management also barred me from the website and I was no longer able to trade. I do understand how it looked from their side as it seemed I just disappeared and did not answer any mails. I then responded to all the sellers involved explaining what had happened and everybody retracted their bad ratings and armed with the proof of this asked bid or buy to please let me back on the site to continue trading.
