Saying im so upset, would be an understatement. Last night my mother called me to complain that her airtime disappears so fast she called MTN to ask why and she was told she subscribed to something she didnt even understand. So today i did an investigation to discover that Smart Call Tech was deducting the airtime from her. This old woman doesnt even understand how internet works. I called Smartcall and the most arrogant callcentre person couldnt even explain what they claim she subscribed for, she said her name was Yvonne Sako. I asked to speak to her manager she claimed she was in a meeting, and her name was Alicia Antill. She also told me to contact a Nico in the billing department and yet she couldnt give me his email address!
I want a refund for all the unauthorised deducted money and im looking at avenues to instigate legal action against this criminal acts of against my mother. This is Criminal against a defenseless old woman.

Smartcall Technology Solutions, stop my mother's money and return all the money you have so far. This is the beginning of a legal war between us!!!
