Pathetic Service - No Response

I applied for Pension Assisted Home Loan. However, the service that I am receiving from one on ABSA Consultant by the name of Hlengani Benneth Chauke who is a Sales Representative - Northern Region | Pension-support Housing Loans is pathetic.
All completed application documents were emailed to Hlengani Benneth Chauke, Nomsa Mvubu and pphl.enquieries. First email was sent 8 May 2013. I phoned the call centre and they said i would get feedback within two weeks. When I phoned again on the 22nd of May, they did not receive my document. I resent all documents. I kept on doing follow ups by calling the call centre - whos answer is always it is with Bennet - that still give me no indication of what is going on with my application. When I phone Bennet on 071 3322024 he states that he is very busy with reports or other queries and says he will phone me back shorty, but never does. I have constantly been phoning and emailing him for the past three days, but he simply ignores my calls now. This is unacceptable customer service.
I would just like to know the status of my application.
