NO Politeness towards customers

I am utterly disgusted in the service of Steers. Firstly I placed my order at about 19:00pm and only received our food at about 19:40pm, between these times I got up and moved to the counter to find out what was the delay; having order number 129 the attendant Thabele who was shouting out orders called out 135 then my response to her was "I have 129? " decently, standing a distance from me she replies in her mother tongue nkosi doing this infront of a whole bunch of customers and the way she said it I could tell that it was something unpolite, this is totally unacceptable. Is this honestly the way Steers treat their customers. I felt so embarassed because everybody turned their attention to me the customer next to me asked "did u understand what she just said now" because it is clear as daylight that I am a coloured and she knew that I would not understand. She is unproffessional and I want management to do something about this, give her training or whatever so that she can get some customer sense. The supervisor did not even say anything about her reaction, the people at that branch need serious training to be professional. The time we got our food the burgers were cold. DISGUSTED!
