Unfair billing

I have only had my 4MB uncapped account with WebAfrica for 3 weeks and ever since then I have been downloading at a rate lower than 1MB most of the time. I decided that maybe it was best I rather canceled my account so I did. I received an email saying that I will be billed up until the end of April. I never got my moneys worth to begin with and now I am going to be billed for another month. This is really a rip off.
