Good day
We stay o a farm just outside Phalaborwa, and we are trying to run a bussines here. It started last year in March when our cellphne signal got very bad, everybody was complaiing because theye could not get hold off us and as we are running a company it's quite important for people to get hold off us. I started reporting the problem to vodacom in June and they said that they will send out technisians and nothing happend, month went by and i phoned again same storry i think i phoned anoter 2/3 times. Then about 2weeks ago i phoned again spoke to a lady and we got cut off she did not phone back after she got my story, then i phoned back and after they put me through to 5 diffrent people i got through to a guy from the Western Cape that said to me he can't help me but he will send a message to the right people and he will even walk over to them to make sure they got the message and did call me back, and untill today i have not heard anything and the matter is even worse. Please canyou help
