Yesterday I called mtn to get help as my airtime was disappearing without me going on any site what so ever.
I spoke to a lady consultant (forgot her name) who was rude. I hung up and called again thinking I was going to get better service, but as always with mtn employees I was on the receiving end of the most poorest service ever. I spoke to Rebbecca who was equally, if not worse, as rude and unprofessional as the first agent I spoke to. She kept insisting that I was on the Internet when I clearly was not, otherwise why would I call? I asked to speak to the supervisor and she hung up on me. MTN is one of the biggest mobile networks in the country and it is sad that they employ people who do not care about customer service or is it their training? I finally spoke to gladwin who was a bit better but also was not solution orientated. I am guttered at MTN and its employees.
