MTN billed my 15/20 Nov 2012 account R 271 before vat on a call of 1 minute and 19 seconds... I mean there is no way this can be ryt, they also billed me R 288 for 2 days use of data while I still had data bundles which I bought from them. How unfair is this? I emailed them a billing query on the 15th of November 2012 telling them that they billed me incorrectly and they need to sort it out, they replied saying that they received the query and they will attend to it shortly. Till today 27 Nov 2012, they have not said anything and they have taken the money from my bank account.

I think this is very unfair from such a big company, I feel that they are running their company like a Spaza shop, They did incorrect thing and when I wanna discuss it with them they do not respond. I think MTN is taking us for granted and I feel that I am at the disadvantage as a customer because if it was me who was at fault they were going to use their power to put me in the difficult position.
