Very Poor Speeds on Uncapped ADSL no Cancellation

I made the mistake of deciding to trial one of WebAfrica's 10MBps uncapped accounts @ R699.00. Once I found out that it was slower during the day-time than our existing 4MBps Mweb account @ R539, I proceeded to request that they cancel the following month's subscription, given that we'd used the service for less than a month (just over a week). They then notified me that they require a month notice, even for a NEW service and even when a client is unhappy. They specifically list "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" on their checkout page, but do not specify that there's special terms applicable to that.
I find it despicable that a company will so easily take your money and then try force you into an additional month's worth of service when you're not happy with it. If you can provision an ADSL service instantly and pro-rate it, they should be able to cancel just the same. Essentially, WebAfrica has created a huge disincentive for anybody to trial their services, I certainly won't make that mistake again!!
I was now forced into having to pay for the month with an ADSL account that hasn't even been logged into, because WebAfrica saw fit to suspend my domain today. Good riddens!
