BILLED for 2 YEARS BUT SERVICE NOT SUPPLIED

A bolt on 75m data bundle billed for, but the benefit not applied September/October 2011. All data used was either deducted from contract value or billed over and above the contract fee..

At this time, thousands od rands worth of data had been billed to the account and paid for, despite not being owing. I am logging a billing dispute.

Please credit my account appropriately as soon as possible or I shall take this complaint to the Office of the Consumer protector, Speak Out on SAFM and other Media. I would like to recive a Call From A Senior Manager in Billing with a commitment to Action and what that action will be. I want the calculation to be used to credit my account.

It is unacceptable that I should need to check that I am receiving a service that I am paying for?
