Today I had a look at my MTN invoice and saw that the amount due is R459 instead of the usual R379. THIS IS!!! HOW CAN YOU ALL OF A SUDDEN CHARGE ME MORE? I think this is due to a data bundle that I got free for the first 6 months. HOW THE CAN YOU BILL ME FOR THE SERVICE THAT I GOT FREE FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS. IF I KNEW THAT YOU WERE NOT GOING TO AUTO CANCEL IT AFTER THE FIRST 6 MONTHS I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN TAKEN THE CONTRACT.
I DEMAND THAT I SEE WHERE I SIGNED THAT I WOULD PAY FOR THIS AFTER 6 MONTHS BECAUSE I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS.
The second complaint is that I lost my simcard and now have to pay over a hundred rand to get a new simcard which I was prepared to pay until they told me the system is offline. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DRIVE AROUND TO GET MTN's OVERCHARGING CORRUPT SERVICES.
I CANNOT EVEN GET PROPER RECEPTION IN MY AREA. GET YOUR TOGETHER MTN
I DEMAND THAT I AM PROPERLY ASSISTED.
