SHOCKING SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE & NO 3G!!!

When upgrading my contract:
1. I was not informed of the data connectivity problems when signing the contract. Despite the fact that the sales consultant knew of the LTE and connectivity problems on the iPhone 5 these were not indicated to me when signing. LTE is part of the functionality of the phone, and this should be explained when signing.
2. Even when I made my concerns known to the various consultants, still I was not informed of the signal and connectivity problems. The branch staff indicate that they "did not know of any other customers experiencing this problem" - however when looking at the Vodacom twitter account there are numerous complaints made by other clients experiencing the same problems!
3. There has been absolutely no acknowledgment, regard or responsibility taken by Vodacom or by this Branch Manager to assuage me to the fact that this complaint has or will be handled.
4. When the branch manager was involved for assistance he was abrasive, bullying and dismissive. Furthermore, after speaking to the Vodacom customer care line, it would appear that this Branch Manager also blatantly about policy!
I have complained to Vodacom directly, am awaiting response!
