Vodacom has lost my business

I took out a data contract - a year ago and had problems with slow internet and connectivity ever since.
I cannot count how many times I phoned vodacom regarding this problem and eventually found out that there is very poor reception in my area. Every-time I laid a complaint, somebody was supposed to come back to me which never happened. On suggestion from Vodacom, I bought external aerials to boost my signal which also did not help. After a lot of frustration, I spoke to Patty Mcube and she said that they can not help me, and that she will cancel my contract with no penalties.
The end of the month came and went but Vodacom still deducted money from my account.
I phone back and nobody knew anything as usual, and all they said was that the technicians are working on the problem and will update me. Needless to say, it is two months later and nothing happened.
I have been paying for data that I can not use for the past year and Vodacom just does not care!!!
I have have three contracts with vodacom amounting to about R 2000 a month and I am not going to renew them and I bet you Vodacom still wont care.
