BIS Disconnected although paid for in advance

This is the 2nd time in a week that vodacom has been having problems with BIS connectivity. The blame technical problems in Europe, etc. However all other carriers remain online. The problem therefor has to reside with Vodacom.
The fact that there is no compensation for the loss of connectivity, which lasts for hours at a time, is disconcerting. We pay for a service and as such we are entitled to that service for the duration of the paid for period. Any disruption of this service should thus be compensated for.
