I battle to get a human to speak to at your call centre and when I eventually do, they give me the wrongs advice as per usual. When my phone rings and I am unable to take the call it ends in a voice over that says that my line is not available before playing my recorded message and giving the option to leave a message. I don't want the womns messqage on my phone, can you fix it?
