Horrible service

I called to block to off my cell phones as they have been the sim cards were blocked but i needed the IME numbers in which the agent requested on my behalf on Monday up until today i have no feed back, my cell phones are in use by who ever it when I spoke to the technician team they asked me what must they do? I have tried a million times to get ahold of them with no luck. I have recieved no help from cellc and i will strongly recommend never to use cellc to any one as the service is pathetic.
