Call centre does not exist

I was told that someoene would call me by Monday regarding my contract cancellation and to this day I am still waiting. I have been calling since Monday but guess what no answer from the non-existent call centre. Cell C does not have a call centre! all thet have are recorded messages yet they claim to have a call centre. It is not possible for someone (myself) to phone three days in a row at diffent times of the day and get the same message (high caller volumes) but never get to speak to someone. It is the the same man giving options and the Sotho woman who follows afterwards and tells you that you should call again since you have not selected an option. Mind you, one selects their options when the male voice mentions them and not when the Sotho woman voice starts listng hers. This morning, I started caling at 7: 45, again at 8:20 but all I got was the same recorded ugly voices. You know you do not have a call centre that is why you offer us the optionto send an email to some email address. I prefer speaking to someone than writing to them as this means a speedy resolution to a problem. They will never ever see me again as their customer.
