Cell C Call Center!

Need to blacklist my phone that was. Also want to do a SIM swap instead of blocking my SIM so as to continue using my number. Been trying to get through to speak to a real life human operator at the call center for more than a week now!!! is it possible to experience 'high call volumes' all the time? makes me worried what the real problems are?!?!? Cell C keeps me waiting so long that the recorded message eventually stops playing and silence follows on the phone. Wonder if anyone is actually employed at the call center?!?!?!?

PS. I refuse to go and waste more time standing in a queue at the walk in centers!
