Mtn 173 call centre agents never available

For the past two days I have been having trouble recharging my phone and when trying to contact the pay-as-you-go call centre and selecting the option to speak to a consultant I get the same message ' our operators are currently busy please try again later'. I have been getting the same message for the past two days and am still unable to recharge my phone. Their website is not much help either!
