Lost/ phone extension just rings

My son was mugged on saturday morning (5th october 2013 and i phoned nashua mobile to block his phone (which is in my name) and pushed option one on the call centre options to do this, and the phone just rings and then i get voice mail to leave a message. EPIC FAIL! carry on trying to do this until about 07h00 when is answered (by ria) and she just takes the number without asking my name or details, and says she will block the phone. i doubt it is.

this is pathetic and alarming service, watch: i will get a huge bill that has been run up by during this time and will be responsible for it.
