Mulichoice, wake up!!! I get home to find that the problem with the HD PVR is still there. I can't get to talk to anyone, only listen to a poorly, inaudible voice message so soft that I had to call three times to follow the prompts!!! Who is going to pay for my three calls to Durban, plus I tried to call JHB & Cape Town to see what was going on? Seems you guys are running away from the problem? Next time, should you need for your customers to listen to a recorded voice message, please ensure that they speak with pauses inbetween words/sentences & that their voice is not like that of a mouse!!! Please, can one of your managers/directors call the same number & tell me if they can follow what the person on the message is saying. R690 a month & this is the service that I get!!!
