Poor communication resulting in overcharge

I have a new Telkom account, went active on 31/01/13. Service only live from 4/02/2013 due to fault on the line. I have now received my second bill, however was not told I would once more be charged pro rata on my second bill due to Telkoms error of not placing me on the correct ADSL plan - this issue was corrected, however no confirmation concerning the billing. I now have a bill in excess of the R499 I am supposed to be paying per month. I have contacted Mpho Nkgoedi who was meant to give me feedback regarding the charges on my account. She was meant to listen to the calls and provide adequate reason for me having to pay the bill - meaning, it was disclosed on the call that I would need to do so. Secondly, my line has been placed under suspension, as apparently I am on a credit controlled facility of R350 pm. My bill is more than this every month, meaning that I'll techincally never be able to use the service unless I continually pay them. Again, this wasn't confirmed and I have not had service since Monday the 11th. I am not happy with this situation as their lack of service has resulted in me not having a line or any joy. I would like an answe
