Telkom incorrectly bills me, and decieved me

In March I opened a Telkom Simple Plan and was told my first bill would be pro rata, so in April I received my bill to be paid the end of April for both March and April, now my second bill came for May to be paid the end of May but it is billed for May and June and we are nowhere near June and I refuse to pay another pro rata bill as I was told that would only be my first bill. 2nd issue. I upgrade to a Telkom Simple Plus in April and was told by the operative that it would be upgraded within 2 weeks, 2 weeks went by and it wasn't upgraded so I phoned on the 25th April and was told that my line had already been upgraded but not the gigs and she upgraded it while we were on the phone without telling me that if I did this that would not receive my full 10 gigs because it was the middle of the month which is was not it was the end of the month and that is as I am paying for 10 gigs. I have complained numerous times and was told a supervisor would call me back, I also email about 3 queries and to this day nobody has contacted me back. In my gut I knew I shouldnt gotten involved with telkom as I know from friends and family what they are but I needed it, and now i'm paying
