I requested a new line with ADSL on the 17/6. i received a no. and this was then cancelled and a new no. issued. The line was finally installed 2/8. ADSL on the 14/8. I initilally asked for the R399 package which i upgraded to the 10mb line which I was told would cost me R499 to upgrade. Now i find it will cost me R718. Im still okay with the R718 but why doesnt anyone tell you upfront?

Then on the 8/09 i get a bill for R1832. How is this possible? I called no less than 10 times and spoke to around 5 people each call - no one called me back at all. Yesterday finally a lady called and sorted out the last credit to my account. This morning i got a sms to say my bill was actually R1279.24 which i agree with - but it was an sms to say my services had been terminated as well.

This is shocking service! I paid my today bill because im finally happy with the account but im utterly disgusted with the lack of service and cohesion within the company. You speak to different people - 1 for calls, 1 for internet, 1 for adsl, 1 for cancellation, 1 for disputes and then still no one calls you to give you any feedback. And of course my line was cancelled because of your incompetence!
