Autopage won't honour a legitimate warranty

A 4 month old Samsung S3 phone suddenly stops charging and is taken to Autopage for repair under warranty (on 18 Feb 2013)
It was sent to Smart Electronics and no communication was received from them despite me checking every week.

I went to Autopage on 15 March to check in person and was advised that they say the phone has water damage and is beyond economic repair. The phone has never been near water and I am willing to attest to this under oath. The phone was 100% and suddenly stopped charging.

The manager of the Benmore store booked the phone in for repair and made no comment about any damage. It has taken Autopage nearly 4 weeks and when I asked for the repair report on the phone, they say they can't give it to me - I have to wait up to 3 days. (after they haven't even bothered to communicate with me for 4 weeks)
All I want is Autopage and Samsung to honour their warranty and stop trying to pass the buck to customers who legitimately have faulty phones.
