Incorrect bill and no response to email

I had the ADSL line installed on the 11th of March. I went with the 1MB package as I wanted to take advantage of the free installation and modem. I then upgraded to a 4MB line.

Last week I called as I thought it strange that I hadn't received a bill and was told I would be charged pro-rata for March and then for April subscription. Then yesterday I receive an sms saying my account has exceeded its limit and I owe R2958.99. That is impossible as my account shouldn't even be over R2000. I called and spoke to Peggy who said it must be an error and they would look into it.

I'd like to nip this in the bud, get it resolved asap so I can pay the correct amount on the 25th which should be one full month at R847.35 (April) and then one month pro rata from the 11th of March to the end of March. We will be moving in a couple of months and would like to apply for the same service in our next house, but not if we have to go through this again.
