Two months waiting for a product

I just want to vent my frustration on the poor service of MTN.
I have been authorized an E5331 router plus minus 2 months ago and have been promised I would receive the product in atleast one week. AND IAM STILL WAITING!! Everytime I went to find out if they had it after hearing nothing from them week after week they just continued to promise that they ordering but nothing happens...
Eventually I received a SMS stating that the inventory controller does not know when the E5331 will be available. But what I dont understand is that everytime I go to MTN in 14th avenue Johannesburg they had stock and evens the other MTN in Clearwater Mall but they ordered it for customers and could not help me cause my application was with another branch. What really frustrates me is I offered to fetch this router from any branch but the response was that no one has it... I dont know who to believe cause its been two months and if MTN does not have it why on earth do they advertise it in their pamphlets all the time!!! I have been a loyal customer of MTN for 6 years and this really disappoints me that they cant look after their customers...
