Worst Service I have ever come accross

3 Months ago i applied for a telkom Mi-fi router. with this router came a 1TB external hardrive of which they at the time did not have stock of at the branch. My details were taken and i was assured that they would get one delivered to the branch asap and notify me. 3 weeks went by and i still didn't receive any feedback on the Hard drive. I called to which the branch manager told me that they are awaiting one from JHB and will follow up on it and get back to me the next day. This trend has continued ever since. I'm going on 4 months and still nobody from the branch or any telkom representative has foned me to report back on the status of the hard drive. Each time i call them or go to the branch, they simply ask or my details and say that they will call me back the same day to let me know where my hard drive is and when i can pick it up.

to think that in almost 4 months not a single hard drive and be found in the country by telkom and sent to the branch. Even worse is the fact that nobody gets back to me. How a business is suppose to function with managers like them at paarl mall is beyond me.
