I am disgusted at the treatment I am getting from MTN especially since ive been a customer for more than 4 years. I applied for a Samsung Galaxy tab 7" on 7.09.2013 and have still not received the device. I was only informed after doing the application that you dont have stock, I could have gone to another service provider and I would have received my tab immediately. I was then told that I will have it by 11.09.2013, nobody has contacted me to even apologise for the delay and it is now 16.09.2013. I have called your branch several times and all you do is tell me the same thing, you dont have stock.
You guys advertise a free gift with the contract which I already had to accept that I will not be getting since you do not have stock of this either. If you dont have stock of something then dont advertise that you do, its that simple. If something goes wrong with your supplier then contact your customers and do some service recovery. If a customer does not pay their phone bill for a month then you quick to call them.

I am already regretting taking this contract with you and considering cancelling the whole thing.
I demand someone contact me immediately and I am dont waiting
